Thirteen burglaries residential and NO burglary business were reported the previous week.

Suburbs affected were: Douglasdale, Craigavon, Kyasand, Olivedale, Fourways, Sharonlea, Bloubosrand and Broadacres.

Streets affected were: Columbus Street, Rowels Street, Memorial Park, Venus Street, Penguin Drive, David Street, Keel Street, Harlem Place, Leslie Avenue, Galloway Avenue, Hoven Road, Poplar Road and Elsecar Street.

Days affected were: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday.

Time frame: 05:00 – 07:45, 14:00 – 17:45 and 19:00 – 22:45.

General

Information was given regarding pick pockets that occurs at the C/o Witkoppen and Kingfisher Road. Incidents reported included Domestics and School Children.

Information was also given regarding a suspected robbery at Monte Casino.

Further more there was an incident were three Males approached a Domestic and informed her that she won R 12 000 – 00. They proceeded to the bank to deposit the money and asked her to draw all her savings. She was informed that they will deposit all the winnings and her money for her in her bank account. The suspects did deposit the cash, but in their own account. Please inform all domestics regarding the Modus Operandi.

Suspicious Vehicles are as follows:

1. Green Honda Ballade Old Model Unknown Registration Number, involved in House Robbery as per Cas 185/05/2007 (Two White Males and one coloured Male.
